Originally an Occupational Therapist specialising in adolescent mental health, Poppy was fascinated by the psychology of humans. A background in international sport and an untimely injury inspired Poppy to learn more about the mental strength and inner workings of those performing at the top of their game, in both sport and business. Re-educating herself as a Personal and Management Coach, Poppy is using her background to help individuals and teams understand how they can unlock their potential, progress and perform when it counts.
